We do not take any profit from your donation to this feeding campaign. 100% of net proceeds will be directly sent to feed shelter cats and avoid euthanasia. Non-profit status is based on IRS Section 501(c)(3). Our mission is to raise awareness for cat rescue, and donate a portion of proceeds to our partner rescue organizations. Our advocacy efforts include creating cat merchandise which is sold to support cat rescue. Due to IRS regulations, such activities are not qualifying. However, we are fully transparent about the impact we are having and have appointed an independent firm to review our books and records and ensure proper accounting for all donations and that proceed are sent to help rescue cats. Our mission is to impact the lives of as many cats as possible, rather than chase a tax status.
